Please fill in the form below to cancel a lesson or request a makeup lesson. (* Required Fields)
To qualify for a makeup lesson:
1. The student cancelled their original lesson at least 24 hours in advance of the lesson by notifying Creative Ej Management.
2. The student is requesting a makeup lesson for a lesson missed in the previous 30 days.
3. The student's account was in good standing and paid on-time for the current month.
4. Any free "Bonus Lessons" received by the student during the current calendar year will be counted as makeup lessons before additional makeup lessons can be scheduled.
There is a $5.00 service charge for each makeup lesson, which must be paid before we schedule the makeup lesson.
Makeup lessons can only be requested for the current week.
A different instructor may be substituted for a makeup lesson.
There is no refund or reduction in the monthly fee if the "makeup lesson" is not accepted.
