Creative Ej is the Charlotte area's leader in contemporary music education.

What we offer at Creative Ej
Instruction
Creative Ej offers individual and group lessons for all contemporary instruments. We also offer group instruction for your entire band or worship team. The lesson rooms are equipped with amps, effects, sound systems, drums, and a computer system with access to a huge library of music, backing tracks, videos, and other instructional materials. Our instructors are highly skilled professional musicians that use the methods that the pros use to learn how to play. Private Instruction Policies
The Kreative Kids program allows your child to experience the fun and excitement of performing like their favorite radio and television artists. They will learn to sing and dance to songs they know and lovel. In addition, Kreative Kids will have opportunities to perform "live" in the community. Live Performance
Even if you don’t have a band, we can put you together with other students at your level, so everyone at Creative Ej can experience the excitement of playing music with others. Our main performance theater seats over 200, is available to everyone at Creative Ej, and is the site of concerts, clinics, seminars, and demonstrations.
Recording Studios
Creative Ej offers both audio and video recording studios for participants in our programs, as well as outside clients. Our audio recording studio features a Digidesign Pro Tools HD system for the finest in digital audio quality and flexibility when making your own CD. The video studio is fully integrated with our performance theater, making that concert DVD a simple process. Even if you don’t have any prior experience in the studio, our producers take you through the entire process to make the highest quality product.

Instruction
- Students learn music better when they are able to learn and play songs they know and enjoy. The best way to become a better musician and live performer is through playing in front of an audience on a regular basis.
- Individual instruction is only one component in learning to play music. At Creative Ej, our instruction is structured to provide the best support of each student’s goals, with a strong emphasis on technology throughout the instructional process.
- It is rare that a single individual possesses all the skills necessary to become a successful musician, so the best results are often achieved through the opportunities of working with others. Most groups can benefit from guidance from a more experienced musician, allowing them to progress further and quicker. Understanding the organizational, communication, and business skills needed by a musician are as important as the technical music skills.
- Our goal is to provide students with a variety of performance outlets, since not everyone has the opportunity to play music in schools or church, or desires to play in bars.
Facility
- The Creative Ej facility and surroundings are and will always be safe and “family friendly” with no tolerance for tobacco products, alcohol, drugs, profanity, and unacceptable conduct. All areas will be supervised, to ensure a positive experience for the student each and every time.
- Creative Ej promotes a sense of community among the students, allowing them to support and learn from each others experiences.
- We are certain you will find your time at the facility enjoyable and productive, whether it is participating in a Creative Ej activity or supporting a student as you relax in one of our waiting areas or business lounge.
- At Creative Ej, we make every effort to minimize the impact on your time and finances. In order to monitor student's progress, you can log onto our online system to view feedback, results and communicate directly to the instructor or the management team.
